Kale can be used in so many ways, and adds flavour, texture and antioxidants to any meal. This is the latest version of Stu's kale breakfast, and is a healthy and tasty way to start the day.
* Place a fry pan on medium heat, add olive oil or butter
* Chop chilli and garlic, saute in pan
* Cut or tear kale leaves from the stem, chop into strips. add to pan
* Scramble eggs and add to pan. Add fetta to taste. Stir through all ingredients.
* Serve with tea, toast (and the weekend paper)
